Returned Goods
A Return Authorization Number for the return of merchandise for any reason must be obtained from Designers CAD & Graphic Supply prior to the returning of any goods. A 20% restocking fee for incorrect product order will be deducted from any credit memo, except for defective merchandise or inaccurate shipments on our part.

Shortages
Shortages must be reported to Designers CAD & Graphic Supply immediately after receipt of the shipment.
